For programs that just went live

Your new TPRM platform is live. Now train the people who run it.

Implementation gets the system standing. We make it stick, with tailored post-implementation training built around your screens, your workflow, and the roles that touch it. Shipped as ready-to-upload courses that live in your own LMS, so you can assign, track progress, and reuse it for every cohort.

You already know how the first week sounds

The platform is live and the workflows are configured. Then the questions start, all at once, from people who were never shown where anything is or why it matters.

  • Most asked“Where do I even go to start?”
  • “Where is my contract?”
  • “What does this question actually mean?”
  • “Who owns this thing?”
  • “Why am I even doing this?”

Every one of these gets answered inside your tailored course, before the questions reach your inbox or your risk team’s.

Tailored post-implementation course

One size fits none

This is what you are buying: a full course built on your platform, your process, and the roles that run it. On-demand, in your LMS, built from your rollout. Every build includes all six.

Watch.

Video lessons recorded on your platform, not a generic product tour.

Follow.

Guided walkthroughs of your actual screens, step by step.

Practice.

Knowledge checks as they go, so it sticks before they close the tab.

Prove it.

A final assessment and test, so you can evidence completion.

By role.

A separate track for each audience, not one course for everyone.

In your LMS.

Upload-ready files, progress tracked where you already look.

Tailored to your rollout

Modules are built from your platform: live demos, real screenshots, and scenarios drawn from how your team actually works.

Lives in your own LMS

Ready-to-upload files drop into the LMS you already run. Assign, track progress, and see completion at a glance. No LMS of your own? We can host it for you.

Adoption that sticks

Role-based walkthroughs and scenario checks turn go-live knowledge into daily habit. Fewer how-do-I questions landing on your risk team.

Three audiences, three tracks

The person approving a vendor and the person running the assessment do not need the same course. Each track covers only what that role has to do.

Track 01 Business users

Why vendor risk touches your work, and how to engage with the process without guessing.

Who this is forRequesters and business owners — the people bringing a vendor to the process.

Track 02 Risk staff

Run a consistent, defensible program day to day, in the system as it is configured for you.

Who this is forThe people running assessments and keeping the program moving.

Track 03 Executives

Governance, escalation, and clear oversight, without sitting through the screen-level detail.

Who this is forApprovers and oversight — accountable, but not in the tool daily.

See it before you roll it out

The course your people move through, and the view you get as it happens. Your modules, your screens, your workflow, hosted in the LMS you already run.

Course home screen showing the course title and a Start Course button
They open the course. Branded to you, with the scope set out before anyone clicks in.
A lesson page with the module list on the left and a video walkthrough of the platform
They watch the task on your screens. Recorded walkthroughs of the real workflow, not a generic product tour.
A scenario knowledge check asking what to do when a vendor risk score changes
They prove they can do it. Scenario checks drawn from your process, with a correct answer required to move on.
Admin view listing a training group with member and enrolment counts
You see who has finished. Assign by group, track progress and completion in the LMS you already report from.

Screens come from a live demo build for a fictional platform. Your build is created on your own system, with your branding, your workflow and your terminology.

Four steps, and most of the lift is ours

Less lift for you. We can work directly with your technology implementer to prepare the training, which means less effort on your side while the rollout is still busy.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Do you need access to our platform?

Yes, enough to record it. We work from a demo or sandbox environment wherever possible, and we can coordinate directly with your technology implementer so you are not the one shuttling screenshots back and forth.

What if we do not have our own LMS?

We can host it for you. The default is upload-ready files for the LMS you already run, but hosting is available if you do not have one or do not want the course inside it.

How long does a build take?

Three to six weeks to learner-ready, depending on how many role tracks you need and how quickly we can get access to the system. Scope, build, deliver, report.

Can we update it when the platform changes?

Yes, and most programs need it. Configurations change, regulators shift expectations, and new hires arrive. Refresh work is scoped the same way as the original build.

Is this CPE-eligible?

Yes. Risk Tide is a NASBA-registered CPE sponsor and tailored builds are CPE-eligible. Because the hours depend on the scope of your build, we confirm the credit count as part of scoping rather than quoting it up front.

How is this different from the training our vendor provides?

Platform vendors teach you their product. We teach your people how to run your program in that product: your risk tiers, your escalation path, your approvals, and who owns what.

Who is it for inside our organization?

Three separate tracks: business users who engage with the process, risk staff who run it day to day, and executives who need governance and oversight without the screen-level detail.

What does it cost?

Tailored builds are quoted by scope, so pricing comes out of the scoping call rather than a price list. Twenty minutes is usually enough to give you a range.
