Dates and per-seat price
Every session below is open to public enrolment and its checkout is live. Nothing here is behind a sales call.
This is a commercial off-the-shelf course, open to public enrolment, offered at a published per-seat price.
All sessions are live virtual and instructor-led, so there is no travel. The seat price includes the ISACA exam voucher, one free retake, the Review Manual, the QAE database, one year of ISACA membership and CPE documentation.

You complete the form. We send a dated flat-fee invoice and every vendor detail it asks for.
Army CA, Navy COOL, Air Force COOL
All three want a vendor invoice before you submit. Check your own eligibility and limits with your education office.
Purchase card or purchase order
Several seats on one invoice. Enough seats and we will run a closed session on your date.
Not sure which applies, or need the invoice split a particular way? Say so on the form and we will build it to suit.
Common questions
What do you send for an SF-182 or a Credentialing Assistance request?
A dated flat-fee invoice on letterhead naming the course, the session and the seat count, plus the vendor details the form asks for and a W-9.
You complete the form itself. If your approver wants the exam voucher broken out separately rather than inside one number, say so and we will itemise it that way.
Is Risk Tide approved by the DoD?
No, and we will not claim otherwise. Any approval attaches to the certification, not to the training vendor.
ISACA reports that CISA and CISM are approved for use under DoD Manual 8140.03. We make no such claim for CRISC, CGEIT or AAISM. Confirm current status with your cyber workforce manager or education office before you submit.
What payment methods do you accept?
Government purchase card and credit card through the checkout on any session, and purchase order against an invoice.

What if the person cannot attend?
Substitutions are free up to the start of the session. Send us the replacement name. Taskings and deployments happen and a paid seat should not be wasted because of one.
Cancellations and transfers to a later session: CONFIRM: notice period and any fee
Can the invoice be itemised or split?
Yes. The default is one flat fee. If your approver needs the exam voucher, the training or the materials shown separately, tell us how you need it broken out and we will send it that way.
