Annual TPRM Compliance Training, in your LMS before your deadline
Three ways to get this year’s Third-Party Risk Management training done. Take our course as it is, put your brand on it, or have us build it from your program. Every option arrives as a SCORM file for the LMS you already run.
Pick how much of your program goes into it
The less we change, the sooner it ships. All three run up to three hours, arrive as a SCORM file for your LMS, and come with a 12-month license for your organization.
Ready
Production: 1 week
12-month license
Why Third-Party Risk Management Really Matters, delivered as it is.
For teams with nothing in place and a date coming up fast.
- 5 modules, about 3 hours, the full vendor risk lifecycle
- Real vendor scenarios, knowledge checks and a final assessment
- 3 NASBA CPE when we host it on our platform
- SCORM file for your LMS, sent once paid

For teams who want it to feel like their own training.
Everything in Ready, plus
- Your logo, colors and cover images
- Your contacts: who to call, where a request goes
- Links to your policy and your intake form
- Your words for it: vendor, supplier or third party
- Two review rounds before we deliver
Custom
Production: 4 to 6 weeks
12-month license
Built from your policy, your tiers and your roles.
For programs where audit expects to see your own process in the training.
Everything in Branded, plus
- Up to 3 hours, written from your policy and tiering
- Scenarios your organization actually runs into
- Separate tracks for business users, risk staff and executives
- Your escalation and approval paths, step by step

Month 11
Next year’s course
We send the updated course with 20% off the renewal. Renew and keep the cycle going, or stop there.
The order form is at the bottom of this page. Rather talk it through first? Book a 20-minute call.
Go to the order form ↓Book a call →What we hear, every single year
“Where do I even start to request a third party?”
“We have never really trained anyone on this.”
“Generic training does not fit how we work.”
“People click through and retain nothing.”
“Last year’s course changed no behavior.”
“We need evidence, not attendance.”
Some of that is training bought off a shelf. Some is having no training at all. Ready fixes the second one in a week, with a course built by practitioners and an assessment you can hand to audit. Branded and Custom fix the first, because people recognize their own program in the course and finish it.
Inside Why Third-Party Risk Management Really Matters
Ready and Branded ship this course. Custom starts from it and rebuilds it around your program. It is built for everyone who touches a vendor relationship, not only the risk team.
- The Big Picture: Why TPRM Matters
Why third-party risk is a business issue before it is a compliance one, and what counts as a third party.
- The TPRM Lifecycle: From Need to Termination
Planning, due diligence, contract clauses, ongoing monitoring and exit, and the purpose of each.
- Governance and Crisis Management
Clear roles, findings versus issues, escalation by risk tier, and what to do when a third party fails.
- Trends and the Future of TPRM
AI risk in vendor relationships, changing regulation, and where technology helps.
- Bringing It All Together: Your TPRM Playbook
Real vendor scenarios and the right questions to ask in each, so the principles hold up on the job.
What Custom adds: your program, in the course
Custom starts from the same course and rebuilds it around your policy, your tiers and the decisions your people actually make, so it reads like your program because it is.
Short lessons built on your policy, not a generic overview of the discipline.
What to do when a vendor request lands, step by step, the way your process runs it.
Knowledge checks set in your scenarios, so it sticks before they close the tab.
A final assessment set against your policy, and a completion record you can hand to audit.
Separate tracks for business users, risk staff and executives, not one course for everyone.
Your escalation and approval routes, so people know exactly who decides and when.
Not sure Custom is worth it over Branded? A short call answers it. We will walk through your policy, your audiences and what a Custom build would actually change.
Book a scoping call →How a Custom build runs. Most of the lift is ours.
You tell us who needs training. We do the rest. Scoping is one call. After that we work from your policy documents and a short session per audience, and come back with the build.
4 to 6 weeksPayment to live in your LMSYou tell us who needs training and when it is due.
We map your policy, tiers and roles.
Tailored modules and scenarios.
A SCORM file, reviewed with you, for your LMS.
Completion tracked in your LMS for audit.

Questions, answered
What is the difference between the three options?
Ready is our course, Why Third-Party Risk Management Really Matters, as it is. Branded is the same course with your logo, colors, images, contacts and terms. Custom rebuilds the content around your policy, your tiers and your roles. Branded changes how it looks and who it sends people to. Custom changes what it teaches.
Why does Custom start at $15,000 instead of a fixed price?
Because the scope sets the price. $15,000 covers a course built from our existing lessons and video, rewritten around your policy, your tiers and your roles. New video, professional voiceover, more than three hours of content, extra role tracks or translation add to it. We fix the price in your quote after the scoping call, before any work starts, and nothing is added without your written approval.
How fast can we have it?
Ready ships within a week of payment. Branded takes 3 to 4 weeks and Custom 4 to 6. Leave your people time to finish before your deadline, usually two weeks, and order with that in mind.
How do we buy it?
Send the order form on this page. Within one business day we send an invoice with a payment link for card or ACH. If you need a PO first, say so on the form and we send a quote and our W-9 instead.
How is the course delivered?
As a SCORM file built in Articulate, sent by secure link once the invoice is paid. It uploads into the LMS you already run. If you do not have an LMS, or want your people to earn CPE, we can host it on our platform instead.
What does the license cover, and what happens after 12 months?
Your license covers your organization for 12 months. In month 11 we send next year’s updated course, and renewing costs 20% less than your first year. If you decide not to renew, the license simply ends.
Is this CPE-eligible?
When we host it, yes. Risk Tide is a NASBA-registered CPE sponsor, so when the course runs on our learning platform we track completion and issue NASBA CPE certificates: 3 credits for Ready and Branded, and for Custom the count depends on the build. When the course runs in your own LMS, CPE is not included. Your organization would need to have it cleared for CPE itself.
Can we see the course before we order?
Yes. The walkthrough on this page shows the lesson format, how each module flows and the kind of vendor scenarios your people will work through. For Custom, a 20-minute call walks you through how a build maps onto your own program.
What do you need from us?
For Ready, nothing beyond the order form. For Branded, your logo, colors, images, contacts and the links you want in the course, collected in one short email. For Custom, your policy, how you tier third parties, your escalation paths and a short working session per audience.
We already ran training this year. Can you take over next cycle?
Yes, and that is a common starting point. We look at what you ran, what audit said about it, and where behavior did not change, then pick the option that closes those gaps.
Take the overview to your stakeholders
