Refund Policy

Participant Cancellations
Full Refund (100%) 
For in person training cancellations received at least 7 days before the program start date will be refunded in full. 
For online trainings cancellations received before the participant has accessed any course materials or begun the course can be refunded in full.  
Partial Refund (50%) 
Cancellations received within 21 days of the program start date will be refunded at 50% of the registration fee. This can only be done for in person trainings.  
No Refund 
For in person training, no refunds will be issued for cancellations received 48 hours before the program's start date, or for failure to attend. 
For online trainings, if a student has accessed any course materials at all no refund can be issued. 
Exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the Director of Operations or their designee.  
Sponsor Cancelations
If Risk Tide Solutions LLC cancels or reschedules a program due to low enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances, participants may elect to either: 
Receive a full refund or transfer their registration to a future program of equal value at no additional cost. 
Substitutions 
For in person programs participants may send a substitute to attend in their place at no additional charge, provided notice is given prior to the program start date. 
REFUND PROCESSING 
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receiving a valid cancellation request 
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction 
All refund requests must be submitted in writing 
SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES 
Exceptions to this policy (such as medical emergencies or other documented hardships) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by management.

Required Information for Refund Requests: 
Participant name, course title, registration date, reason for cancellation request, contact information. 
Participation Requirements:  
Learner must complete all required parts of the course, in person or online, of the program to receive credit and complete the with a passing score of 70% to obtain CPE hours. 
Course Cancellations by Provider: 
If an in person program is canceled by us due to low enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances, registrants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course at no additional cost. 
Transfer Requests: 
For in person programs, participants may request to transfer to another session or course of equal or lesser value up to 48 hours before the original course start time. Transfer approvals are subject to availability. 
Account transfers are not permitted for online courses. Each registration is tied to the individual participant's learning record for CPE compliance purposes. Participants may request to transfer to a different online course of equal or lesser value within 7 days of enrollment, provided they have not accessed any of the course content. Transfer approvals are subject to availability and course catalog offerings.
