Refunds Policy

  • Full Refund (100%) Cancellations received at least 7 days before the program start date will be refunded in full.
  • Partial Refund (50%) Cancellations received within 7 days of the program start date will be refunded at 50% of the registration fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations received 48 hours before the program start date, or for failure to attend. Exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the Director of Operations or their designee.
  • Sponsor cancellations - If Risk Tide Solutions LLC cancels or reschedules a program due to low enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances, participants may elect to either: receive a full refund or transfer their registration to a future program of equal value at no additional cost.
  • Substitutions - Participants may send a substitute to attend in their place at no additional charge, provided notice is given prior to the program start date.
  • Refund processing - Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receiving a valid cancellation request. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction. All refund requests must be submitted in writing.
  • Special circumstances - Exceptions to this policy (such as medical emergencies or other documented hardships) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by management.
  • Required Information for Refund Requests: Participant name, course title, registration date, reason for cancellation request, contact information.
  • Participation Requirements: Learner must attend all three days of the program to receive credit and complete the Knowledge Check with a passing score of 70% to obtain CPE hours.

Program Cancellation Policy:

If a course is canceled by us due to low enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances, registrants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course at no additional cost. Risk Tide Solutions will notify the client at least 48 hours in advance. Transfer Requests - Participants may request to transfer to another session or course of equal or lesser value up to 48 hours before the original course start time. Transfer approvals are subject to availability.
