You’ll get a full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the event, 50% if you cancel within 7 days, and no refund on or after the start date. If Risk Tide cancels or reschedules, you can choose a full refund or transfer to a future program. Substitutions are always welcome, and special circumstances may be reviewed case by case.
